77bde Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions the following expressions carry the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" means the 77bde website, mobile site, and all related services operated under the 77bde.vip domain.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered a 77bde account and meets the eligibility requirements set out herein.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your 77bde account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or reward credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action violating these Terms, including fraud, money laundering, use of automated betting tools, or misuse of bonuses.

To register a 77bde account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be located in Bangladesh; (c) provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number; (d) create a secure and unique password; and (e) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 77bde account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended and all balances being forfeited without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77bde will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 77bde accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval.

Players will be notified if a withdrawal is delayed, and the reason will be communicated within 48 hours. All funds deposited must complete a minimum of one rollover on any real-money game before a withdrawal can be processed.

77bde offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Welcome bonus: 100% match up to ৳20,000 on your first qualifying deposit. Subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real money is always wagered first. Bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash only after the applicable wagering requirement is met in full.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 77bde platform. Breach of any prohibition constitutes a material violation and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripted mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawful means, including use of payment instruments that do not belong to you.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing account credentials with third parties, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Any activity that 77bde reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal offence in connection with the platform.

77bde is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated it cannot be reversed for the duration selected. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed at any time under any circumstances.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by 77bde following a withdrawal request.
• A player self-exclusion request, whether for a cooling-off period or permanent exclusion.
• Any action that 77bde reasonably believes poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to the platform or to other players.

All content on the 77bde platform — including software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of 77bde or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 77bde.

The 77bde name, logo, and associated marks are protected intellectual property. Unauthorised use of 77bde branding — including on social media or affiliate marketing channels without a valid 77bde affiliate agreement — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bde's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77bde is not liable for:

• Platform interruptions arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or telecommunications failures beyond 77bde's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, winnings, or account history arising from technical faults, provided 77bde acts reasonably to restore affected accounts upon becoming aware of the fault.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. Players accept that gambling involves real financial risk and that 77bde is not responsible for any net loss resulting from legitimate wagering activity.

77bde collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, available at 77bde.vip/privacy-policy. 77bde will never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket) solely for transaction processing, and with identity verification providers for KYC compliance. All such sharing is conducted under appropriate data processing agreements. Players may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

77bde reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77bde will publish the updated Terms on the platform with a revised Last Updated date and will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account where reasonably practicable.

• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date of the amendment.
• The English version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity with any translated version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general legal principles applicable to the Bangladesh online services market. Any dispute arising from your use of the 77bde platform that cannot be resolved informally by the 77bde support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures notified to you at the time the dispute arises.
